Vegetables: although vegetables are used in all cuisines yet in Chinese cuisine vegetable has special place. It includes bok choy, Chinese leaves, Chinese spinach, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots and others.

Desserts: Chinese desserts are incomplete without tea. Most Chinese desserts are served with tea and they are made with sweet foods or seasoned one. There are some like moon cake, sun cake. Cold desserts include Baobing and others; on the other hand it includes desserts soups and custards. Chinese cuisines are known to be a wide variety of cuisine in which many types of vegetables and herbs are used, besides this all dishes have their special kind of cooking method and mostly Chinese dishes are steamed rather fried.
